NO AC
Please note that this home does not have air conditioning. This is common for homes in the Soda Springs area, where the mountain climate is typically cool year-round and A/C is generally not needed.

During the warmer summer months, however, daytime temperatures can occasionally rise. To help keep the home comfortable, we recommend opening the windows during the cooler evening and morning hours and closing the blinds during the hottest part of the day.

NOISE
The property is located near the freeway, and traffic noise and light from passing cars may be noticeable at night, particularly in the primary bedroom. Light sleepers may wish to bring along items such as earplugs, an eye mask, or other personal comforts to ensure a restful night.

PETS
Our pet fee is $500 per stay and covers up to 2 dogs with a combined maximum weight of 100 lbs. The fee goes directly to the cleaner for the additional work required after a pet stay. Pets are strictly prohibited on beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, and in spa facilities.

NO SMOKING AND VAPING
Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the home. A fine of $1,000 will be applied to any guest found violating this policy.
